The Elam Group (TEG) was founded in 1982 by William J. Elam.  Bill was in management with two Fortune 500 companies for over 15 years, most recently holding the position of Executive Vice President of a consumer durable manufacturer, prior to developing TEG.

TEG has operated globally for U.S. based client companies with operations in the Pacific Rim, Europe, and South America for over 15 years.
