A highly coordinated and successful search whereby we dedicate 100% of our Account Executive & Project Coordinator staff’s time, plus utilize the combined resources of Management Recruiter’s electronic link to 1,000+ offices to the rapid identification of two or three qualified and interested candidates to your specific order.  

We provide maximum quality of candidates after contacting an average of 200 companies, plus we provide candidate exclusivity, (candidates will not be presented to any other clients during this time), 60 day  (full replacement) guarantee and reference checks.  A deposit is required to initiate the search, with the remainder due when the candidate commences employment.  If no qualified candidates are located, the deposit will be immediately refunded.

LEVEL II - CONTINGENCY SEARCH

A search process whereby we are able to allocate time available resources, research our available company wide candidates and work with you to identify two or three qualified and interested candidates.  A 30-day (full replacement) guarantee period is included.  This search type does not require a deposit, however many of our clients prefer to give us a retainer of $2,000 to $5,000 before we commence the search.
